The Hazelnut is grown on a small stubby tree generally found on hill sides of country area’s, the nuts are harvested in early September time and stored with the shells on. Prior to exporting shells are removed and the kernels processed by means of roasting and the skins removed. We import raw kernels for Flaking ,Grinding and nibbing we also bring in some roasted material that are used as Whole Roasted and nibbed product we can also produce Hazelnut Paste. Generally harvested once a year can be affected badly by weather condition in the Amazon jungle area to the availability of the product. All nuts of varies sizes are imported with out shells. The shelling of Brazilnuts is still a little primitive and is done by hand after being heat treated to make the shells crack. We can further process as Wholes, Chopped ,Nibbed or Sliced product. Used in breakfast cereal products and confectionery.

The hard shelled nut is shaken from the tree cleaned and separated from the leaves and twigs and then stored in cold storage to maintain freshness. When required the nut is shelled cleaned and inspected prior to shipment .

Iranian product is not suitable for processing due to high levels of impurities were as the Californian material is far cleaner but not as green in colour .the product grows on trees and is harvested during August and September .The harvested product can be sold as an in shell product often Roasted and Salted or as a kernel taken from the shell. The kernel can be Roasted and salted, Flaked or Nibbed .This product is often used in ice-cream manufacturing pastry and continental sweet production as well as some meat production.

The Macadamia nut grows on a short tree or large bush type plant the fruit forms in a smooth shell which then grows like a small bunch of grapes. The nut appears to be quite sweet and waxy texture. very tall palms and is hand harvested or let to fall from the palms when ripe. The shells are removed generally by hand the white meat is then removed from the copra (the skin between the shell and the meat) an dried out. This is then made into one of several grades Medium or Fine desiccated product or shredded finely into strands, it can also be chipped. These products can be lightly toasted if required.
